Draft — last updated October 2026
§ 1Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of jurisagent.si (the “Site”), operated by JurisAgent (“JurisAgent,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
§ 2Who the Site is for
The Site describes software for licensed attorneys, law firms and their staff in the United States. It is not intended for people seeking legal help with their own matters. If you need legal advice, please contact a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
§ 3No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
JurisAgent is a software company, not a law firm. Nothing on the Site — including examples, sample forms, sample matters and descriptions of workflows — is legal advice, and using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
JurisAgent assists licensed attorneys. Attorneys remain responsible for their professional judgment and for every filing, letter and client communication.
Product screenshots and mockups on the Site use fictional sample data. Any resemblance to real people or matters is unintended.
§ 4Pre-launch information
JurisAgent is in early access. Features, practice-area coverage, integrations and security measures described on the Site reflect our current design and plans and may change. Items marked “roadmap” are not yet available. Descriptions of security and compliance — for example, that we are building toward SOC 2 — describe goals and design intent, not certifications we hold.
§ 5Early-access requests
Submitting the request form doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us. We may decide which firms to invite to early access at our discretion. Any early-access participation, pilot or purchase will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Please give accurate information and don’t submit confidential or privileged client information through the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
§ 6Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- submit false information or impersonate someone else;
- send spam, malware or automated form submissions;
- probe, scan or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure, except as part of a coordinated disclosure to [email protected]; or
- copy or scrape the Site’s content at scale.
§ 7Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, interface illustrations and the JurisAgent name and marks — belong to JurisAgent or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the Site for your own evaluation of JurisAgent, but you may not reuse its content commercially without our permission.
§ 8Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about JurisAgent, we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you. We won’t publicly attribute feedback to you or your firm without your permission.
§ 9Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
§ 10Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current.
§ 11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JurisAgent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
§ 12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
§ 13Changes & contact
We may update these Terms as JurisAgent moves from early access to launch. We’ll change the date at the top when we do; continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: [email protected].
This draft is provided for transparency during early access and must be reviewed by counsel before launch. It is not legal advice.
